Junior Electrical Engineer for the Cabling section Mer information As an Junior Electrical Engineer within the Cabling Section, you’ll play a key role in expanding, strengthening, and maintaining CERN’s signal and power cable installations, required for various systems within the CERN accelerators. In this role, you will also be closely involved in the High-Luminosity LHC (HL-LHC) programme. This major upgrade requires theinstallation of more than 800 km of signal cables over the next three years, offering a unique opportunity to participate in one of CERN’s most ambitious and technically demanding projects.

Be sure to meet the eligibility criteria

By the application deadline, you have a maximum of 2 years of professional experience since graduation in the respective field and your highest educational qualification is either a bachelor’s or master’s degree. You must have a university degree and can’t hold a PhD.

You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.
