Your Purpose The F&B Service Manager is a strategic headquarters-based role responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and guidance for all Food&Beverage service operations across the fleet. This role ensures service excellence, consistency in guest experience, and alignment with corporate standards. Acting as the primary liaison between shipboard teams and corporate leadership, the Manager of F&B Service drives quality, innovation, compliance, and talent development across all F&B operations. This role reports directly to the Vice President of F&B.

Your Impact

Strategic Operations&Standards

Define, implement, and maintain fleet-wide F&B service standards and best practices.

Develop and oversee strategic initiatives to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency across all vessels.

Coordinate with shipboard teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Conduct remote audits, operational reviews, and assessments to maintain service excellence.

Guest Experience&Quality Assurance

Monitor guest satisfaction and F&B performance metrics, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to innovate and elevate the onboard F&B offering.

Ensure alignment with global health, safety, and hygiene protocols through corporate-led programs.

Training&Leadership Development

Design and oversee training programs for F&B teams to ensure consistency with the brand’s service philosophy.

Mentor and develop shipboard F&B leaders to support career progression and succession planning.

Human Resources&Leadership Oversight

Collaborate with HR on performance reviews, promotions, rotations, and career pathing for F&B personnel.

Promote a high-performance culture rooted in recognition, development, and fairness.

Fleet Support&Headquarters Coordination

Serve as the principal corporate liaison for all F&B service matters across the fleet.

Coordinate F&B equipment planning, material sourcing, and integration of brand standards.

Compile and analyze operational reports, voyage summaries, and performance metrics for corporate leadership.

Participate in key shipboard meetings remotely or in person as required.

Financial Oversight

Support financial sustainability and profitability of F&B operations across the fleet.

Implement continuous improvement programs to achieve operational and financial targets.

Oversee cost control, inventory planning, and resource allocation in coordination with shipboard teams.

Your Journey so far

Minimum 15 years in high-end Food&Beverage operations.

At least 5 years in senior leadership roles within luxury hospitality or cruise operations.

Proven experience in multi-site operational oversight.

Leadership&Communication

Strategic, dynamic leader with experience managing multicultural teams.

Excellent communication skills, fluent in English; additional languages an asset.

Technical&Operational Knowledge

Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-specific systems.

Strong understanding of HR protocols, labor regulations, and compliance standards.

Expert knowledge of F&B operations, beverage programming, and luxury hospitality standards.
