AI Brand&Visual Content Assistant, Geneva

AGUAdeORO is a Swiss fine jewellery Maison based in Geneva and Zurich. We work with Fairtrade gold, lab-grown diamonds and a vision of luxury rooted in beauty, responsibility and human care. We are looking for a creative and strategic person to help us explore how artificial intelligence can support our brand, our visual identity, our website content and our communication.This is a 20% remote and flexible position, ideal for someone with a strong interest in AI, branding, visual storytelling and luxury communication. Purpose of the Role

The goal of this position is to help AGUAdeORO use AI in a tasteful, coherent and responsible way. We do not want generic AI content. We want AI to help us clarify our brand universe, improve our visual research, support our website content and create more consistent communication across different channels.The person will work closely with the founder and the creative team to translate AGUAdeORO’s values into practical AI‑assisted tools, workflows and visual concepts. Main Responsibilities

1. AI-Assisted Brand and Visual Research

Create moodboards, visual directions and reference boards for AGUAdeORO campaigns, collections and website pages. Explore AI tools to generate visual concepts, atmosphere references and creative directions while respecting the Maison’s identity. Help define what feels aligned with AGUAdeORO: ethical luxury, elegance, nature, emotion, warmth, responsibility and modern Swiss refinement.2. Website Visual Content Support

Support the creation of visual concepts for website pages, collection pages, blog articles and campaign banners. The objective is not to replace photography, but to help prepare strong creative directions before photoshoots, graphic design work or content production. 3. AI Tools and Custom GPT Development

Develop or improve custom AI assistants for internal use, such as: A brand tone assistant for AGUAdeORO A customer profile or“dream client” assistant A visual concept assistant for campaigns A multilingual content support tool for English, French, German and Spanish These tools should help the team work faster while keeping the AGUAdeORO voice consistent.4. Content and Storytelling Support

Use AI to help structure ideas for blog articles, social media posts, website texts and campaign concepts. The work should always respect the AGUAdeORO philosophy: luxury without harm, beauty with responsibility and jewellery as a gesture of love and respect. The role may include helping with: First drafts of content ideasBlog topic structures Visual storytelling concepts SEO-friendly content frameworks 5. Workflow and Team Support

Create simple AI workflows that can be used by the AGUAdeORO team. For example: How to brief AI for visual research How to create a consistent moodboard How to generate first content ideas without losing the brand voice How to organize product and campaign references How to use AI ethically and elegantly in a luxury contextIdeal Profile

We are looking for someone who combines creativity, strategy and curiosity for AI. The ideal candidate has an interest in: Artificial intelligence and generative AI Branding and visual identity Luxury, fashion, jewellery or lifestyle communication Website content and storytelling Customer psychologyVisual research and moodboards Custom GPTs or AI‑assisted workflows Elegant, coherent and emotionally intelligent communication A technical background in machine learning is welcome, but not required.
