About the Job Based at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, the

Floor Supervisor

reports directly to the Head Housekeeper.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness standards

Distribute and control keys

Handle lost property

Respond promptly to customer requests

Ensure corridor and office cleanliness to maintain emergency exit accessibility

Report suspicious behavior or unusual objects for customer safety

Participate in training of new subordinates and ongoing training of others

Ensure smooth shift transitions

Organise the work of subordinates

Welcome and serve customers according to the hospitality principles of a 5‑star hotel, in line with the expectations of the Mandarin Oriental Group and Swiss Deluxe

Handle customer complaints according to the LQE procedure and refer complaints and all customer comments to management

Adhere to and apply the Mandarin Oriental principles set out in“Our Commitments”

Qualifications and Expectations

Previous experience in housekeeping

Team spirit, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow

Good communication skills and a flexible attitude

Valid Swiss work permit or European passport
