What You’ll Do
Build and scale high‑quality ticket supply for the DACH region, focusing on pricing, quality and coverage.
Identify supply gaps and source new sellers to ensure ample inventory availability.
Map the regional supply landscape, prioritise high‑impact acquisition opportunities, and grow strategic relationships.
Acquire suppliers across sports, concerts, theatre and other live events through networking and personal outreach.
Represent the region to the International Operations Manager, communicating progress in monthly and quarterly meetings.
Own regional KPIs such as inventory depth, sell‑through, revenue contribution and supplier concentration.
Use data to identify gaps and launch targeted initiatives to improve supply quality and coverage.
Review company operations across all countries in the region to deliver high‑quality service to sellers and buyers.
Manage the full commercial lifecycle: pipeline creation, deal execution, onboarding and ongoing revenue growth.
Operate autonomously, prioritising and investing based on ROI.
Negotiate mutually beneficial economic terms through complex negotiations.
Serve as the key point of contact for the region’s largest suppliers and lead client‑facing negotiations.
What You’ve Done
Highly autonomous and self‑starter.
Strong commercial instincts.
Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch.
Relationship‑driven yet data‑informed.
Experience in account management and leading end‑to‑end sales cycles.
Passion for live events.
Medium knowledge of Excel and related data tools for sales presentations and post‑mortem analysis.
SQL/Snowflake knowledge is a plus.

Salary&Benefits Salary Range: CHF120,000– CHF150,000 (annual, base).
