Mission

Serve as a vision expert in the store and guide customers confidently and competently toward the right vision solution.

Conduct eye exams thoroughly and clearly—always keeping the big picture in mind.

Advise with passion, style, and expertise, and select eyewear that does more than just look good.

Make adjustments right in the store—precisely, neatly, and with skilled craftsmanship.

Share knowledge within the team, support colleagues, and work together to drive the store’s continued development.

Contribute ideas to further optimize processes, service, and the entire customer experience.

Profile

Completed training or degree as a master optician or optometrist.

A passion for design, craftsmanship, and providing high-quality advice.

A genuine desire to help people—with expertise, patience, and a keen sense of style.

Team spirit, reliability, and a work ethic that combines precision with a human touch.

Fluency in spoken and written French and English; German is a plus.
