Store Manager (m/w/d), Geneva

BLUE LEMON is a Swiss modern luxury Body- and Loungewear boutique chain with several Stores in Switzerland.

For our Flagship Store in Geneva we are looking for a passionate store manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Managing, coaching, motivating and developing a small team

Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals enhancing and developing the business

Provide and ensure an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding their expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as BLUE LEMON brand values

Organize and capture meaningful customer data for the purposes of connecting with the client, building relationships and personalizing future client development opportunities

Ensure BLUE LEMON visual standards.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Inspiring leader with a proven track record of developing talents within your team

Passionat in delivering an exceptional retail- and client service

Result driven with strong experience in exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Proud of the strong experience at this level gained in a luxury or premium fashion environment

Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues

Excellent communicate skills in english and french

Attention to detail needed

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
