1. Weekly/Daily responsibilities: Overseeing/ follow-up of bank charges on a daily basis working closely with Trade Finance team Booking SG&A invoices and authorizing secondary costs in system Review specific accounts and assist the daily team to technical questions Allocating cash receipts, cash disbursements and perform cash match on customers/suppliers outstanding invoices for trade and non-trade transactions Booking of intercompany transactions and direct rechargesProcessing payment of CHF invoices, monitoring payments in other currencies with Treasury Department and booking of cash application Daily interaction with traffic teams to ensure control on the invoices to be paid/booked 2. Monthly/Quarterly closing responsibilities: Reconciling bank accounts and producing the monthly bank reconciliation analysis reportBooking loans and performing daily loan reconciliation Taking part in closing activities with the other accountant Assist the accounting and reporting manager on specific analysis Requirements

Education and training: Financial and accounting education, Trading company a plus Professional experience: At least 3 years experience in accounting within international environment. Excellent working knowledge of Excel and outlook. Proficient in both French and English. Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills required.Open minded and ready to give hands when requested. Strong sense of responsibility, ability to perform under pressure, with attention to details and accuracy
