Responsibilities
Support the MLO/Loan Processor with all aspects of loan processing, including verification procedures; uploading documents to the appropriate Encompass placeholders upon receipt; ordering payoff information; obtaining case numbers and subordinations; completing Data Verify; and executing 4506T requests. Assist with collection of required loan documentation from borrowers, such as appraisal, USPS, title work, 4506T, flood certification, homeowner’s insurance, verification of employment, verification of rent, verification of deposit. Complete HMDA, Statement of Denial.
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Respond promptly to internal and external customer needs, requests for service and assistance, meet commitments, and solicit feedback to improve service.
Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Administrative assistance, clerical, and customer service knowledge and experience.
Teamwork and productivity skills.
P/C computer skills with solid understanding of MS Office.
Administrative practices and procedures.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Two years’ experience required.
Work Environment
Office environment; Daily computer usage requires close vision. Regular attendance is required, regardless of work location.
Fast-paced, high-volume activities.
To succeed in this position, high attention to detail and organization, amidst fast changing environment, is a must.
Salary $50K-60K annually + bonus
