Role Overview Vorwerk Home&Co. KmG belongs to the German family‑owned company Vorwerk that has been operating in Wuppertal for over 140 years. From the strategic head offices in Wollerau SZ, the Kobold and Thermomix divisions are managed.

Responsibilities

Act as point of entry for the Vorwerk Newsroom (entities and countries) in terms of specific topics in close cooperation with the Home‑Marketing‑Team

Operational implementation of topics in the area of internal and external communication incl. corporate social media– with special focus on LinkedIn for Vorwerk Home Executive Board in accordance with the agreed Social Media Strategy and in coordination with the Editor‑in‑Chief and the social media team in Wuppertal, enable smooth workflows between Editor‑in‑Chief, Newsroom and Vorwerk Home

Enable easy access to information and insights within the Newsroom Framework

Ensure the alignment of entities and countries by taking part in regular Daily and Weekly Newsroom meetings and by reporting the latest insights

Proactively screen content and communication activities for duplications across countries

Preparation of information, wordings, narratives, Q&As, etc. for the international sales organizations in coordination with the Editor‑in‑Chief

Establish and grow a network of relevant communication contacts at country

Monitor and align external and internal communication activities with the Corporate Communication Strategy

Your Profile

Min. 5 years of experience in PR, Social Media, or Digital Community Management

Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms

Experience with CMS tools, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media monitoring/reporting

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; additional European languages are a plus

Strong understanding of online communities, trends, and digital audience engagement

Confident handling of MS Office and project planning systems

Structured, flexible, and results‑oriented working style with strong teamwork skills

Interest in food, cooking, and digital storytelling
