To learn more, follow our link.MissionsWe are looking for an MDM System Engineer (ICT System Engineer) with skills in implementation processes for MS Azure, Intune, MDT Autopilot, and GPO, with knowledge of DevOps, Git, and GitOps approaches applied to modern environments.The main missions are as follows:- Implementation and maintenance of workstation management tools (PCs, printers, as well as any device composing the environment of the administration)- Manage the deployment of PCs and mobile devices, including OS updates- Participate in the automation and optimization of workstation management processes via DevOps and GitOps approaches- Ensure the management and versioning of scripts, configurations, and processes via Git- Write technical and complete documentation for the areas under their responsibility- Take charge of L3 support and the evolution of the deployment infrastructure based on Microsoft products (SCCM, Intune, ...) and ensure its proper functioning as well as its scalability, while respecting security standards- Ensure third-level support for incidents- Ensure the follow-up of missions and projects entrusted to them- Participate in the design of projects in collaboration with ICT architects- Ensure technological monitoring to identify new solutions to counter obsolescenceProfile- Assigned to the Environment sector, reporting to the head of the unit- Higher education degree in the field completed successfully (University of Applied Sciences, University, EPF, or ES) or deemed equivalent- Excellent analytical capacity and methodical way of working- With good knowledge of ITIL and/or HERMES processes, if possible with experience in documentation and formalization of processes for the purpose of transfer to level 1 and 2 teams- Experience in large environments- Mastery of the PowerShell language- Good knowledge of Git tools and DevOps / GitOps principles- Experience in the administration and maintenance of Microsoft environments and recent Microsoft technologies- Autonomous personality, endowed with good analytical and synthesis capacity, with a great ability to adapt and resistance to stress- Sense of responsibility and strong customer orientation- Team spirit, sense of loyalty, motivation for the public service- May be required to be on call- Mastery of the French language with good writing skills and good knowledge of technical English.
