Civil Engineering Project Manager at 100%, Public Works DepartmentThe Public Works Department is advertising the position of:Civil Engineering Project Manager at 100%Your mission:- Participate in the management of activities and techniques of a developing department;- Participate in project design and the implementation of works on the road network and the sanitation network (stormwater and wastewater collectors) in the public domain, in accordance with current directives and regulations;- Manage the budget allocated to projects and construction sites (financial monitoring);- Participate in the management of permit or excavation requests, as well as the issuance of authorizations for intervention in the public domain;- Respond to inquiries from the public and professionals in the sector regarding current technical and regulatory issues (emails, telephone calls, drafting of official correspondence);- Participate in the development of system data (GIS);- Collaborate actively with municipal services and external partners.Profile:- Technician (ES) in civil engineering or equivalent;- Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in project management and construction site supervision in the field of roads and sanitation;- Mastery of industry tools: MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, QGIS, CAN Messerli;- Good knowledge of legal and regulatory bases, current construction standards (VSS, SN, SIA, etc.), procedures, and public procurement;- Ability to define priorities autonomously and to manage daily tasks as well as several multidisciplinary projects simultaneously;- Aptitude for negotiation and good resistance to stress, sense of responsibility, team spirit, and flexibility.Salary scale: class 7, middle managementStart date: immediately or to be agreedApplication deadline: June 30Requests for information can be made via the municipality's website.
