Your Responsibilities

Production Control: You are responsible for the daily planning, assignment, and coordination of production tasks within the sensor assembly department.

Leadership: Yo provide disciplinary leadership to a team of approximately 10 employees, motivating them and fostering their individual professional development.

Quality&Efficiency: You monitor ongoing operations regarding adherence to deadlines and efficiency, and proactively initiate corrective measures in the event of deviations.

Continuous Improvement: You actively involve your team in problem-solving processes (KAIZEN) and continuously optimize workflows.

Safety: You ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and the proper use of protective equipment.

What You Bring

Foundation: A completed technical vocational apprenticeship. Advanced training at the HF level (e.g., as a Certified Technician) is a significant asset.

Leadership Experience: Ideally, you already possess experience in personnel management, or you are an experienced professional in a supporting role looking to take the next step in your career.

Hands-on Mentality: You work independently and meticulously, maintaining a clear overview even during hectic periods.

IT&Languages: Proficiency in using ERP systems; excellent command of German and a good working knowledge of English for an international environment.
