About Your Future Role In this position you will competently and promptly carry out the entire daily HR Operations business, communicating with employees in German, French, and English. The role is flexible and hybrid working is part of our culture.
Daily operational HR tasks, including managing and processing incoming tickets and workflows in the HRMS tool“myHR” (Oracle)
Administration and maintenance of personnel files
Collaboration with authorities (social security, withholding tax, health and accident insurance)
Maintenance and management of the local time‑tracking tool (admin role)
Monthly payroll processing in collaboration with external payroll provider
Support in monthly accruals
Support in the onboarding process for new employees
Updating HR policies, including the employee handbook
Support in HR projects and process optimization
Local contact point for employees in close collaboration with the HRBP
Shared responsibility for HR Operations Support in Austria (cross‑country tasks, also within ‘myHR’)
Handling ad‑hoc requests
Essential Qualifications
3‑5 years of experience in HR Services (HR Payroll Specialist)
Good knowledge of payroll processes in Switzerland
Experience working with an HRMS tool
Good knowledge of HR best practices and applicable regulations
Excellent communication skills and MS Office proficiency
Fluent in English; French is a plus
