Receptionist - Seven Alpina Boutique Hotel Location: 7250 Klosters (GR). Workload: 100% full‑time. Employment start: 12.04.2026. Employment duration: Permanent. Work form: Shift work, Night work, Sunday and holiday work.
Responsibilities
Check‑in and check‑out operations for individual guests and groups.
Assistance to guests before, during and after their stay.
Updating of database and contact information.
Operator at the telephone switchboard.
Concierge duties.
Direct handling of correspondence and bookings (in, e‑mail, telephone).
Monthly miscellaneous tasks.
Daily cash register closing.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hotel industry.
High social competence.
Language skills: German– excellent speaking and writing; Italian, English, French – good speaking.
Minimum age: 20.
