Become a member as well and apply as a P&C Underwriter Private Clients.What you do- You are responsible for a market-oriented risk selection and ensure the quality of our private client portfolio.- You competently advise our distribution partners as well as our internal colleagues in French, and you actively contribute to the development of our products and services.- You answer telephone and written inquiries and assume the tasks related to them.- Within the team, you contribute to offering a positive customer experience.- You bring your own ideas and support the continuous improvement of our processes and services.What you bring- Commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) in the insurance field.- Enthusiasm for your knowledge and experience in the private client field.- Strong customer focus as well as a service- and solution-oriented work approach.- Ability to work efficiently and structured in a dynamic environment– even when multiple tasks must be managed simultaneously.- Excellent skills in French, both oral and written, as well as good knowledge of German; any other foreign language is an asset.Additional information- This position is available part-time or full-time: 80 - 100%.- Location: Lausanne, Crissier.- Travel for this position can be up to 10%.- Hybrid work: up to 40%.- We look forward to receiving your online application.
