On behalf of our client, Swiss HR Tech Factory, part of a leading international group specialized in the development and distribution of software and innovative solutions within the international HR Tech landscape, whose mission is to drive digital transformation through cutting‑edge automation technologies and artificial intelligence, we are looking for a Senior sales account.

Mission Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will drive the development of the Swiss market, with a focus on staffing and search and selection sector.

Main responsibilities

Drive new business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients within the assigned territory;

Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in selecting the most effective and value‑driven solutions;

Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, working closely with the Client Success team to ensure satisfaction and retention;

Maintain and manage the CRM, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date data;

Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close deals;

Advise clients on the most suitable solutions based on their specific needs.

Requirements

Curious, driven, and proactive sales professional with a strong hunter mindset;

Proven experience in selling software, digital solutions, or HR‑related consulting services;

Strong market knowledge and hands‑on experience working with staffing and search&selection companies, particularly across the German‑speaking and French‑speaking regions of Switzerland;

Existing active client portfolio or a strong and well‑established professional network within the target market;

Fluency in German, English and Italian, good knowledge of French is a plus, enabling effective management of client relationships across different regions;

Availability to travel for business or relocate within Switzerland to support market development and client growth.
