We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a

Sales, Marketing&Customer Support Assistant

, with a focus on the German market.

Main Responsibilities

Manage inbound customer service (phone and email) in a professional and efficient manner

Provide operational support to the Digital Marketing Manager

Manage and update the company’s social media channels

Onboard new clients

Execute identification and regulatory compliance procedures (KYC / Anti-Money Laundering)

Requirements

Excellent command of Italian and German (spoken and written)– C1 level or higher

Good knowledge of English

Knowledge of French (a plus)

At least 1 year of experience in:

customer support (preferably in fintech or digital services)

digital marketing

Digital marketing skills and familiarity with AI tools

Strong interest in the financial sector

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of CRM software

Skills in graphic design

Experience with digital marketing platforms

Knowledge of other European languages

Work Location Chiasso (Switzerland)– on‑site position only (no remote working)
