DevOps Engineer, Les Acacias

As a partner to prestigious companies in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a passionate and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team.Mission:- Evaluate architecture and design robust technical solutions, in connection with product teams.- Deploy and maintain critical applications on hybrid architectures (On-Premise and Cloud).- Participate in migrations to the Cloud (AWS) and design Cloud architectures and optimize processes using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or GitLab CI/CD.- Implement and manage containerization solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery quality and security.- Monitor the performance and security of environments (On-Premise and Cloud) using monitoring tools (Grafana, Rundeck, etc.).- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and the engineering team to ensure the consistency and performance of deployed solutions.- Participate in on-call duties in rotation with the engineering team to ensure the availability of services.Your profile:- Confirmed experience (3 years) as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.- Mastery of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD tools: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, GitLab, GitHub Actions.- Knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS / Azure) and security, network, and access management (IAM) principles.- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and SUSE systems.- Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and good knowledge of development.- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).- Analytical mind, autonomy, adaptability, and solution-oriented approach.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Languages: mastery of French and good level of English.- Residence in Switzerland or strong willingness to relocate.You demonstrate team spirit and a good capacity for adaptation.
