La Smala Brasserie - Kitchen ManagerLa Smala Brasserie is looking for its Kitchen Manager.La Smala is a lively and welcoming brasserie located in Bussigny, designed as a place for sharing and conviviality. For over a year, we have been developing a strong identity around generous, comforting, and carefully prepared cuisine, highlighting fresh, local, and seasonal products. To continue our development and sustainably structure our kitchen, we are looking for a passionate, committed Kitchen Manager with a solid culinary and managerial vision.Main missions1. Contribute to the development of the culinary offer- Participate in the development and evolution of menus, suggestions, and seasonal offers.- Create and maintain technical sheets to standardize recipes.- Ensure the balance between feasibility and profitability, consistent with the identity of La Smala.- Participate in photo shoots related to the culinary offer and communication.2. Management and organization of the kitchen- Supervise all kitchen operations, in close collaboration with management.- Guarantee the smooth running of services and compliance with quality standards.- Ensure the consistency of dishes and efficient production organization.- Organize the distribution of tasks and ensure good team coordination.- Supervise, train, and support team members in their development.3.
