Clinical Nurse Specialist (ICLS) at 80%-100%The Glâne Health Network represents the 14 municipalities of the Glâne district. It consists of three nursing homes (235 beds including 24 beds in a specialized unit), a Day Care Center with 8 places, a Short-Stay and Observation Unit (SEO) with 12 beds, and the Home Help and Care Service (ASDG).To complete its teams, the Glâne Health Network is opening a position for a Clinical Nurse Specialist (ICLS) at 80%-100%.Mission- Ensure quality, safe, and respectful care for clients.- Manage complex care situations in collaboration with teams and internal/external partners.- Accompany, train, and support nursing teams in the development of their skills and implement innovative care practices based on evidence-based data.- Lead and participate in institutional projects in collaboration with other network clinicians aimed at the continuous improvement of care quality.- Coordinate care with externalstakeholders and respect ethical and medico-ethical principles.- Be a vector of institutional philosophy and values and guarantee their application.Profile- HES nursing degree or equivalent title recognized by the CRS.- Master's degree in nursing sciences required or in the process of obtaining it.-Clinical experience in nursing care with knowledge in home help and care.- Excellent clinical analysis skills, reflective posture, and applied reasoning.- Ease in synthesis, organization, and priority management.- Excellent ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.- Keen sense of communication,pedagogical skills, and leadership.- Experience in project management, ability to initiate and accompany change.- RAI supervisor certification or willingness to obtain it.- Mastery of IT tools (Carefolio, MS Office).- Oral and written mastery of French.We offer- A dynamic, stimulating work environment that favors professional development.- A human environment rich in contacts and diversity.- The opportunity to actively contribute to institutional quality projects.- A cafeteria at preferential prices for staff.- Parking available.- Access to Swibeco.Start date: to be agreed upon.You are looking for a position with responsibilities and autonomy, and wish to actively participate in the evolution of the Glâne Health Network.
