Alongside the Key Account Management lead and a committed and dynamic team, you activelycontribute to the development of sustainable projects.Scope of action- You are responsible for the acquisition, selection, consulting, and follow-up of potential clients.- You manage projects in a structured and efficient manner and coordinate all stakeholders throughout the sales process.- You advise project owners in a targeted and competent manner and accompany them until the end of the project.- You participate in the planning and organization of events for the acquisition of partners and clients.- You maintain and continuously develop your network of clients and key decision-makers.Your profile- You have a completed degree in architecture or engineering and solid experience in project management and real estate management.- You possess experience in the acquisition of construction projects as well as in the research and development of projects on the Swiss market.- You distinguish yourself by excellent communication skills, a strong client focus, and an assured presence with a sense of persuasion.- Team spirit, personal initiative, and flexibility are part of your strengths.- You speak German and have mastered French in both speaking and writing.Your counterpartApproximately 270 people are currently part of the expanding Renggli family.
