ERP Application Specialist– Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Fribourg

We are currently supporting an international engineering and consulting group in the search for an ERP Application Specialist to join their Digitalization Team and contribute to the evolution of their enterprise systems landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Administration, maintenance, and continuous optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance&Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE)

Management of ERP-related incidents and Level 2 functional support for key users and business teams

Participation in system upgrades, non-regression testing, validation of fixes, and deployment of enhancement packages

Collaboration with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical solutions

Contribution to integration and digital transformation projects, including M&A environments

Technical documentation, monitoring activities, and support for ERP governance processes

Technical Environment

Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / CE

Microsoft Power Platform&Power Automate

Microsoft Azure

Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT)

REST APIs, SharePoint Online

Knowledge of Abacus is considered a plus

Required Profile

4+ years of experience in ERP systems management

Strong hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

Good understanding of Finance, HR, and Marketing business processes

Experience in ERP projects, testing, and application support

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders

English mandatory– French and/or German is a strong plus
