Experienced Polymechanic (M/F), Bulle

Main Responsibilities As part of the strengthening of our production workshop in Bulle (FR), we are looking for an experienced polymechanic capable of handling the machining of technical and complex parts, mainly intended for the pharmaceutical sector (e.g. needles).

Responsibilities

Perform machining operations on CNC machines (4-axis turning)

Program and set up machines equipped with Fanuc controls

Carry out EDM operations (Sodick machines)

Manufacture single parts (prototypes) as well as small to medium series

Machine demanding materials such as stainless steel and PEEK

Read and interpret technical drawings

Ensure quality control of produced parts

Optimize machining processes and propose improvements

Profile

Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Polymechanic or equivalent qualification

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role

Excellent command of CNC turning (4-axis)

Strong knowledge of ISO programming

Experience with Fanuc controls is essential

Experience in EDM (Sodick) is required

Additional assets

Knowledge of Mazak controls

Proficiency in Alphacam programming software
