The MarCom Coordinator (a) supports the MarCom Team within the

6-month

internship

in the operational implementation of all marketing and communications measures without a strategic leadership role. The role ensures that day-to-day business runs smoothly, coordinates internal and external interfaces, and ensures the timely implementation of MarCom activities.

Your tasks

Operational support for marketing and communications projects

Maintenance and management of marketing materials, data and content

Coordination with internal departments and external service providers

Administrative tasks (orders, appointments, filing, documentation)

Ensuring CI/CD guidelines are followed in all measures

Efficient, structured and quality‑assured implementation of MarCom activities to support corporate communications and brand presence.

Your profile

Commercial education or an education in the creative, media or communications field, further training in marketing.

High quality awareness, creativity, precise, independent and reliable working style, very good in communication, team spirit and humour.

Proficient in using Office tools and the Adobe Suite.

The general working languages are German and English; Italian is an advantage.

Understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and market research.

Good organisational skills, high flexibility and initiative

Strong communication and analytical skills
