Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of laser texturing and cutting machines Execution of retrofits, upgrades, and machine conversions Identification and implementation of optimization opportunities in close collaboration with Development and 2nd Level Support Professional handling, troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation of service casesSupport in creating, reviewing, and improving technical documentation and process procedures Occasional assistance with trade fair setup and dismantling activities Ensuring full compliance with Advanced Manufacturing safety standards, including particle emissions, laser radiation, contamination control, gas handling, and explosion preventionParticipation in additional functional responsibilities based on expertise and business requirements ( , internal training, quality initiatives, or special technical projects— approximately 10% of working time) Your profile

Completed technical vocational training, ideally with an additional qualification as a certified technician Several years of experience as a Service Technician for laser machines or comparable high-tech industrial equipment Strong customer-service orientation combined with an independent and structured work approachHigh willingness to travel (up to 90%) across Europe and Switzerland Good MS Office skills and strong IT knowledge in hardware and software environments Fluent English skills are mandatory, along with fluent German or French High commitment to providing excellent customer support and service qualityReliable, responsible, and team-oriented personality Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset Independent, solution-oriented, goal-driven, and organized way of working UNITED MACHINING is one of the world's leading providers of complete solutions for precision components and tools manufacturers and the mold-making industry.
