What you’ll do

We are looking for a Bartender to join the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Head Bartender, you'll be a key player in crafting our awesome beverage lineup and making our place a total hit

Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves

To prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards

To be fully knowledgeable about all bar products and cocktail recipes

Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons

To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items and prepare garnishes for each cocktail accordingly

To strictly adhere to opening and closing procedures established for the outlet and check beverage stock

To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage

Know your product&systems inside out

To prepare mise‑en‑place and perform side duties

Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service

What we are looking for

2 years of experience in hospitality within beverage

Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English
