On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Home Care Nurse (M/F).Your future responsibilities: You will provide general nursing care at home: dressings, injections, blood sampling, monitoring vital signs. You will manage and administer treatments according to medical prescriptions. You will support and advise patients and their relatives in managing their health.You will assess health status and plan care independently. You will collaborate interdisciplinarily with doctors, nursing assistants and other care partners. Your profile: You hold a HES nursing diploma or equivalent, recognised by the Swiss Red Cross. You have proven experience in home care. You are proficient in French, both spoken and written.You possess a driving licence and a vehicle.
