Responsibilities

Assist in leading restaurant operations and managing staff effectively.

Warm and professional care of guests in the restaurant, café and kiosk.

Co‑responsibility for smooth operation in daily business as well as at events and seminars.

Confident use of the cash register system (TCPos) and the menu selection system in daily work.

Responsibly ensuring correct internal and external billing according to guidelines.

Assuming the deputy role of the restaurant management and actively participating in leadership tasks.

Qualifications

Completed training in gastronomy sector (e.g. department manager with EFZ or hotel management school) and solid service experience.

First leadership experience or motivated to take the next career step with assumption of responsibility.

Strong host understanding with high service orientation, attentiveness and joy in dealing with elderly people.

Structured and independent working style with confident prioritisation– even in hectic situations.

Confident use of digital tools and good PC user skills for administrative tasks.
