Project Manager– IT/Data-Projekte, Bern

Project : We are seeking an experienced Stream Lead Reporting / Project Manager (m/f/d) for our client to lead complex IT and data-driven projects in the areas of reporting, data warehousing, and data platforms. You will be responsible for demanding migration and transformation projects, particularly the replacement of legacy reporting and analytics systems, and ensure the successful implementation of a strategic enterprise program. You will work closely with business units, architecture, development, and data platform teams in an agile environment.

Management and control of the reporting stream within a complex transformation program

Planning, prioritization and coordination of reporting deliverables, dashboards and reporting-related functionalities

Responsibility for the implementation of reporting and analytics solutions in the enterprise environment

Managing dependencies between departments, architecture, development, and data platforms

Ensuring structured risk, quality and stakeholder management

Close collaboration with project and program management as well as the PMO

Coordination of interdisciplinary teams in an agile environment

Ensuring clean documentation and knowledge transfer into the operational organization

Creation and maintenance of roadmaps, status reports and decision-making documents

Your profile

Several years of experience in managing complex IT, reporting or data programs

Experience in the field of reporting, data warehousing, data platforms or analytics solutions.

Experience in migrating or replacing legacy reporting and analytics systems

Experience in enterprise transformation programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies

Excellent knowledge of stakeholder, risk and quality management

Experience in collaborating with specialist departments, architecture, development and data teams.

Excellent knowledge of Jira and Confluence

Experience in agile project environments, ideally with SAFe or similar methods

Structured, assertive and solution-oriented personality

Languages

Fluent in German, both spoken and written.

Fluent in spoken and written English
