– Renewable Tasks Recording and processing of maintenance business requirements Organisation and implementation of (requirements) workshops with the business. Identify and resolve conflicting requirements (new business requirements vs. system standards and current status) Interface between the business analyst team and the IT BizDevOps team (translating requirements into ICT requirements)Documenting requirements down to the technical specification Creating test cases, carrying out the tests and supporting the user tests Responsibility for or support in improving data quality Assumption of responsibility for business analysis in individual topics/products after consultation with the existing teamMandatory Criteria Training as a computer scientist or equivalent professional background Training as (IT) Business Analyst Experience in Requirements Engineering Working experience in the environment for IT applications for maintenance (SAP PM and SSAM) Experience in recording and analysing business requirements (high quality standards)Committed pragmatic personality Independent work and a high degree of initiative Team player, communicative and independent Networked conceptual thinking Target Criteria Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum and SAFe Sound knowledge of SAP (EAM) Advantageous knowledge of the maintenance process (reporting and order management)Advantage knowledge of asset lifecycle management (capture, commissioning, operate/maintain, decommissioning)
