Overview

You will be a Manager in PwC’s tax consulting practice, advising clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. Your role involves delivering high‑quality, compliant solutions while coaching and developing your team, embracing technology, and driving value for the firm. Responsibilities

Analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system. Take ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.Develop skills outside your comfort zone, encouraging others to do the same. Effectively mentor others and use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen expertise. Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g., refer to PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements. Qualifications

Manager‑level experience in tax consulting and advisory services. Strong knowledge of tax planning, compliance, and strategy. Experience in coaching, performance management, and delivery of quality client service. Ability to lead with integrity and authenticity while articulating purpose and values.Proficiency in technology and innovation to enhance delivery. Strong analytical thinking, communication, and business tax knowledge. Experience with Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS), Corporate Tax Planning, Domestic Restructuring, and other relevant tax areas. Travel
