Responsibilities

Support production costing process in terms of coordinating input collection (production work centers, material prices, routings, operation rates etc.)

Monthly reporting on serial production and variances analysis

Support departments in operation function (production, quality, procurement, logistics etc.) in all financial aspects and perform controlling activities (preparing financial budgets, forecasts and reports on deviations vs actuals) for related cost centers

Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Recommend modifications, optimize and standardize controlling reports and processes

Perform ad-hoc analysis as required

Requirements

Experience in production controlling

3+ years in controlling or consulting/Big4 companies

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance and/or Controlling

Proven record in ExcelStrong analytical, process and structuring skills

Considered as advantage

Experience in operative cost center structuring and budgeting

Experience with consolidation methodologies and tools

Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (e.g. Infor)

Experience in data analytics, SQL databases, and/or BI tools
