You will be responsible for your business area's budget and represent the employer in the pension fund's joint committee.Agility You will work closely with other business areas, associations, authorities and international partners. Your network, strong communication skills and diplomatic abilities will enable you to respond flexibly and solution-oriented to new requirements and crisis situations. Requirements University degree (physics, mathematics, or business administration with specialisation in insurance) Several years of experience in the insurance industry Additional leadership/management training desirable Very good German and English skills (C2), ideally French (B1) In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, financial and risk analysisStrong leadership and communication skills, negotiating skills, integrity Personality profile You think strategically, act independently, and are decisive. Your networked thinking, innovative strength, and ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way set you apart. You have change management experience and a strong professional network.
