Senior Trust Officer, Bern

We are looking for a Senior Trust Officer for an important group in Zurich.

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, that includes companies, trusts, and other institutions with international orientations.

Make sure compliance concerning financial, regulatory and legal requirements.

Collaborate with tax and legal advisors to restructure and implement fiduciary solutions.

Prepare corporate files like trust deeds, resolutions, loan agreements and powers of attorney for Trust and Corporate.

Overlook accounting processes, such as financial statement.

Maintain accuracy records and files for all clients.

Act as first contact for clients, bankers, and other parties.

Provide assistance to the Legal and Compliance Office maintaining process regarding compliance.

Ensure the updates with industry trends and best tendencies.

Ensure quality of internal controls and risk management.

Requirements

TEP is necessary; UK common law legal, tax expertise is an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a trust company or equivalent.

Important organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication in English; German is a plus.

A collaborative and professional vision with a commitment to best practices.

Ability to work with independence, prioritizing tasks effectively and meet with deadlines.
