Responsibilities

From initial contact to contract execution: convince and win over well‑known medium‑sized and large companies in the UK and throughout the Nordics region for our cloud‑based appointment scheduling software.

Independently identify the needs of prospective customers and submit suitable offers, thus demonstrating the value of Calenso and our services.

Communicate with stakeholders to complement and promote the agile development of our solution.

Work directly with the founding team to continuously improve the sales cycle on a daily basis, including optimizing lead generation, pipeline creation, and conversion rates.

Qualifications

Several years of sales experience in the B2B sector, preferably in IT and/or SaaS.

Strong communication skills and enthusiasm; persuasive, resilient, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Comfortable conducting product demos for technical and non‑technical prospects.

Deep understanding of decision‑making processes in larger companies and administrations.

Ability to work independently and define priorities.

Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; other languages welcome.

Experience in the sale of B2B SaaS solutions is essential; applications without relevant background cannot be considered.

Ideal profile based in the UK with our extended remote team.
