What you can expect

Organization and execution of the annual congress (approx. 200 participants)

Management of the office, daily business

Support of the committee for the Certificate of Competence in Sleep Medicine

Support of the committee for the annual center re-certifications (via online tool)

Maintenance and updating of the website and member database

Responsibility for book-keeping and annual financial statements

Invoice processing and debt collection

Your Profile

Extensive experience in the administrative office management

Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) is essential. French is a plus

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Independent, responsible, and trustworthy work ethic

Initiative, flexible and resilient personality

Proficient in accounting software and online tools
