Responsibilities

Handle incoming tickets, prioritizing and documenting solutions effectively.

Manage automated rollouts and lifecycle of Windows and macOS devices.

Support users on‑site with hardware issues and complex rollouts.

Administration of Microsoft 365 as well as Azure or Entra ID, including implementation of security and compliance requirements.

Monitoring system stability with tools like Datto RMM and Trend Micro and sustainable resolution of complex faults.

Support in IT projects and close collaboration with the decentralised IT key users at our locations.

Direct support of users on site with hardware issues and technical problems.

Qualifications

Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification with a focus on system technology or IT support.

At least two years of practical experience in IT support, 1st/2nd level or IT system administration.

Confident handling of Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune. Knowledge in managing business applications and their interfaces such as ERP or middleware is an advantage.

You work in a structured way and keep an overview and service quality in focus even with a high ticket volume.

A category B driving licence is mandatory for support at our locations.
