About the role We’re looking for an Intern with a strong interest in performance and growth. This role is open to students and career switchers. We care less about your degree and more about your mindset, curiosity, and willingness to figure things out.

This is not a "watch and learn" internship. You will actively support campaigns, test ideas, analyze results, and help us improve how we generate demand. If you like figuring out why something works and how to make it better, you’ll feel at home here.

Role details

Location: Hybrid (Bern, Switzerland)

Duration: 6-month fixed term, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract

Hours: 80%-100%

Start date: August

Compensation: Paid internship (Swiss market standard)

What you’ll do

Run and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)

Optimize the website and webshop with the team: landing pages, forms, funnels, and product pages

Drive SEO and AI search optimization

Manage leads, campaigns, and pipelines in HubSpot

Track, analyze, and report on what is working and what is not

Use AI and AI agents to research, automate and scale

Work closely with the content team to produce case studies and lead generation material (whitepapers, guides, landing page assets)

Drive partner marketing and lead generation across partner channels

What you bring

You have a strong interest in marketing and AI

You bring first hands-on experience with content, social media, or campaigns (a plus, not a must)

You’re comfortable with data and basic marketing metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversions

You’re organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks

You are fluent in English and like to work in a multi-language environment

You're curious about AI and how it can make work smarter. You don't need to be an expert, but you've played around with tools like ChatGPT or Claude and have ideas about where they could help.

You're cool with things moving fast and priorities flipping.

You're a team player with a good can-do mentality, a deliver-to-promise attitude, and a hands-on problem-solving mentality

You have experience with tools like Canva and PowerPoint
