Responsibilities

Call management:

You will be responsible for handling calls and inquiries. You are adaptable and flexible, able to adjust to changing priorities.

Knowledge Base Usage and Maintenance:

You will use our knowledge base as a foundation for classifying issues. As you gain experience, you will contribute to its growth and become a co-author.

Customer orientation:

You prioritize customer satisfaction. Effective communication is essential to ensure customers feel valued and understood.

Quick learning:

You will participate in provided training and demonstrate a willingness to learn and expand your knowledge of products, services, and support processes.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills - IT skills are an asset, but not mandatory

Fluency in

German

and

French

is required. Proficiency in English will facilitate effective communication and collaboration with team members.

Must be willing to work from our Bern office - central location within a few minutes' walking distance of Bern Hauptbahnhof (HB).
