Front-End Manufacturing Lead– IC Production Location: Neuchâtel, Switzerland Schedule:

Weekend shift (24/7 operational environment) We are seeking an experienced IC Front-End Manufacturing Manager to ensure operational performance, continuity, and efficiency within a high-tech semiconductor production environment. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management Define daily and weekly production priorities and coordinate activities with maintenance and process teams Monitor and drive performance against key production KPIs Lead regular operational meetings to align priorities and track execution Team Leadership Manage and support multiple production teams operating 24/7Ensure appropriate staffing levels, skills coverage, and workforce planning Coach, mentor, and develop team leaders and production staff Foster a positive, safe, and high-performance work culture Performance&Continuous Improvement Analyse production performance and implement action plans Lead structured problem-solving initiatives (e.g. 8D methodology) Identify system improvements and implement innovative solutions Drive short- and medium-term improvement projects Production&Process Oversight Ensure compliance with work instructions, safety standards, and cleanroom protocols Oversee training, qualification, and integration of new operators Maintain and improve production documentation Coordinate production shutdowns (Fab Stop) Stakeholder&Project Management Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Support audits and ensure follow-up on action plans Contribute to recruitment, performance reviews, and employee development processes Candidate Profile

Engineering degree in Microelectronics or a related field Formal training in leadership and management Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within a production environment At least 3 years’ experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing Strong understanding of IC production processesMaintenance knowledge is advantageous Proven experience managing teams with a focus on performance and development Experience in project management and operational improvement initiatives Key Skills
