Diese Position ist in der Region der Schweiz (Zentralschweiz) zu besetzen. Sie werden hauptsächlich in dieser Region tätig sein und eng mit unseren Kunden vor Ort zusammenarbeiten. Gleichzeitig bietet die Rolle die Möglichkeit, nationale Reisen zu unternehmen, um unsere Kunden in der ganzen Schweiz zu unterstützen. Gelegentlich können auch internationale Reisen erforderlich sein, um an Fortbildungen und Trainings teilzunehmen, die Ihnen helfen, Ihre Fähigkeiten weiterzuentwickeln und auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik zu bleiben.**Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:*** Installation, Wartung und Reparatur von Affera‐Systemen bei Kund:innen* Technische Fehlerdiagnose undnachhaltige Problemlösung* Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Geräte und Technologien* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Technical Support und internen Schnittstellen* Sicherstellung von Qualitäts‐, Sicherheits‐ und Compliance‐Standards* Aufbau vertrauensvoller Kundenbeziehungen durch professionellen Service**Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:*** Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Medizintechnik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar* Erfahrung im technischen Service von Medizintechnikprodukten* Analytische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise* Hohe Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke*Sehr gute Deutsch‐ und gute Englischkenntnisse* Reisebereitschaft; IT‐/Netzwerkkenntnisse von Vorteil* Zentraler Wohnort in der Schweiz**Physical Job Requirements**
