Role overview: To strengthen our Group Finance team, we are looking for an analytical and proactive

Group Finance Controller

to support the Head of Group FP&A in driving and further developing key finance and reporting processes across the organization.

This role will play an important part in enhancing the group-wide CAPEX and monthly reporting processes while supporting the ongoing SAP transformation within Group Finance.

Your Responsibilities:

Renew, coordinate, and execute the group-wide CAPEX process

Analyze and further develop monthly reporting processes and related analyses

Support the SAP transformation project related to Group Finance processes

Collaborate closely with Business Units and Finance stakeholders to ensure efficient reporting and controlling processes

Support the Head of Group FP&A in various strategic and operational finance topics

Contribute to the optimization and standardization of Group Finance processes

Prepare financial analyses, reports, and presentations for senior management

Your Profile.

Several years of finance experience, ideally within an industrial or international company environment

Strong experience in Controlling and Group Finance processes

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong understanding of financial reporting and performance analysis

Experience working on finance transformation or ERP/SAP-related projects is considered an advantage

Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in English; German is a plus
