Business Operations Engineering Support, Basel

We are evaluating an outtasking opportunity for Business Operations Engineering support to strengthen operational delivery, process optimization, and cross‑functional coordination within an international environment.

The role is designed as a flexible outsourced engagement with an estimated workload of approximately 80% of one full‑time equivalent (1 FTE). The objective is to provide scalable operational engineering support while maintaining efficiency, responsiveness, and high execution quality.

Scope of Support The Business Operations Engineering resource would support activities such as:

Operational process coordination and optimization

Engineering‑related business support activities

KPI tracking and reporting

Workflow and documentation management

Cross‑functional stakeholder coordination

Support of continuous improvement initiatives

Assistance with project execution and operational governance

Administrative and technical operational support

Data consolidation and operational analytics

Support for systems/process integration activities

Expected Profile The ideal consultant/resource should bring:

Experience in Business Operations, Engineering Operations, or Technical PMO environments

Strong organizational and analytical capabilities

Structured and solution‑oriented mindset

Experience working in international and cross‑functional teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently within a managed services structure

Fluent English skills; additional languages considered beneficial
