The Beyond Therapeutic Area Portfolio Insights Leader Opportunity

As a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor, you will lead cross‑portfolio analysis and insight generation to inform Roche’s global pharmaceutical strategy. You will partner with EI and PSI teams, navigate a complex global matrix, and deliver high‑impact, insight‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.Responsibilities

Strategic modeling&analytics: develop analytical frameworks and models to evaluate the global portfolio and inform long‑term planning. Market trend synthesis: evaluate diverse data sources to identify emerging trends and shifts in the healthcare landscape. Performance evaluation and risk mitigation: assess cross‑portfolio performance, identify growth drivers and critical trade‑offs, highlight gaps and recommend interventions.Decision support: act as a specialist consultant to translate portfolio analytics into concise, high‑impact recommendations for senior leadership. Unified portfolio narrative: integrate Therapeutic Area insights into a cohesive “Beyond TA” commercial narrative and communicate the portfolio’s collective strength and strategy.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 10 years of Pharma/Biotech portfolio analytics and strategy experience; top‑tier consulting experience is a strong plus. Portfolio insights expert: extensive experience applying analyses and modeling/forecasting to solve portfolio business problems and analyze emerging industry trends.Strategic problem solver: critical thinker capable of navigating TA, portfolio, and enterprise‑level complexities. Influential collaborator: adept at influencing senior stakeholders without authority and building cross‑functional partnerships. Innovation driver: experience generating and piloting innovative solutions or tools that drive adoption of best practices.Change champion and impact scaler: comfortable translating high‑level intent into actionable roadmaps and demonstrating transformation impact.
