The Role We are hiring a Bitcoin Strategy Advisor to join our growing revenue team. This is a high-impact hybrid role focused on consultative sales, customer strategy, long-term relationship building, and hands‑on support.

You will advise clients on how to successfully acquire Bitcoin through mining, help them build and grow their operations, and drive both new sales and expansion. You’ll own your own book of business and act as a trusted advisor to customers ranging from small business owners to larger investors.

Reports directly to: Director of Revenue

Key Responsibilities

Help customers develop their Bitcoin acquisition strategy, including guidance on fleet size, deployment timing, and location options.

Hit and exceed monthly sales and expansion targets through consultative selling and relationship management.

Lead end‑to‑end customer journeys: discovery calls, helping customers understand potential Bitcoin acquisition paths, onboarding, ongoing strategy reviews, and renewals.

Provide excellent ongoing support and service to ensure customers succeed with their mining operations.

Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts to drive upgrades and referrals.

Handle customer inquiries and support requests with high professionalism.

Maintain accurate records and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot.

Gather customer insights and provide feedback to improve our platform and operations.

Educate clients on Bitcoin mining fundamentals and how to maximize their Bitcoin acquisition through Sazmining’s global model.

Collaborate with the revenue and product teams to refine sales processes and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of Bitcoin (previous mining experience is a big plus).

2–4+ years in customer success, account management, consultative sales, or Bitcoin‑related roles.

Ability to explain Bitcoin mining concepts clearly and helpfully.

Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) is preferred.

Self‑motivated, intellectually curious, and comfortable in a fast‑moving Bitcoin environment.

Passion for Bitcoin and helping people acquire Bitcoin strategically.
