Mortgage Loan Officer Partner, Basel

We’re hiring a loan partner who will work directly alongside our loan origination staff to help our applicants through the mortgage loan process. You’ll get applicants mortgage-ready, review and calculate income, assets, and credit, and respond to customer inquiries on transactions as needed. If you’re a detail‑oriented employee with strong communication, mortgage knowledge, and time‑management skills, we highly encourage you to apply.

Our new partner will need to be well‑versed in loan programs such as Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA, USDA, and some non‑QM. Having a mortgage background is a must. You will be responsible for analyzing credit, suggesting ways to improve credit, and looking for problems that could disqualify the client. Must be comfortable with outboundcalls to clients to start applications and guide them through the home‑buying process.
