What This Job Actually Is We're looking for a seasoned Loan Processor (LP3) to join a top-producing mortgage team. Your job is to take loans from lock to funding without losing your mind or ours. That means clean underwriting submissions and on-time closings, with a borrower experience that makes them tell their friends.

You’ll work side by side with the LP2, Team Captain, underwriters, borrowers, and third-party partners. You’ll keep files moving and keep conditions to a minimum. You’ll be the reason loans close, not the reason they don’t.
