Customer Support Specialist German Speaker On-site in Lisbon (Relocation Package Included)

In this role, you will support customers and help deliver high-quality service in a dynamic and international environment.

Your Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in German

Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy

Resolve issues and guide users with provided solutions

Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Language Requirements

German: C2

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)

08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time)

Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day per week
