We are looking for a motivated ICT-Client&Collaboration Supporter (m/f/x) 100%.

Responsibilities

Ensuring 1st level and on-site support as well as assisting in resolving incidents (2nd level)

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Mac clients using Intune

Optimization of existing and implementation of new IT solutions, including analysis, testing, and documentation

Application support, Active Directory administration, and maintenance of technical documentation

Performing system maintenance and providing instructions to employees

Participation in and leadership of infrastructure projects

Training of end users

Support of branch offices without local IT staff and maintenance of the IT infrastructure

Qualifications and experience

Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification

Several years of experience in the IT environment, particularly in Service Desk (at least 3 years of professional experience)

Solid knowledge of Intune, Microsoft Power Apps, network technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and common ITSM tools (e.g., ITIL)

Experience with SCCM, PowerShell, and administration of Microsoft Teams and ServiceDesk Plus

Experience in technical project management

Ideally, Apple certification

Knowledge of working with network printers and secure print solutions such as“uniFlow”

Good command of German and English

Additional languages such as French or Spanish are an advantage
